As part of the New Hampton School’s Campus Master Plan update in 2011, OMR was asked to develop conceptual design options for a new student and faculty housing for the school, and the project is now in schematic design.
The new dormitory will consist of four faculty apartments, 25 student beds and comfortable lounge spaces for students to gather. The dormitory is oriented to the south and is designed with porches to complete the village feeling on the campus.
