The interior is organized for optimal cross ventilation and pond views from the living and dining spaces. A new south-facing, glass-roofed kitchen opens to magnificent views of the pond. Double-glazed windows open to the cool water breezes. In the summer, overhanging foliage shades the house while warming sun shines through in winter.
