Located in the woods next to a small pond, this addition nearly doubled the living area of an original 1950's International Style House. The bright home features an open kitchen, greenhouse, sitting area, large flexible play area, and a separate garage with connecting apartment. A feeling of spaciousness and sense of the outdoors pervades the space. A glass connector containing the kitchen and two-story greenhouse joins the new and old structures into a unified whole.
