OMR and New Habitat Partners are collaborating on The West Acton Village Ecology, a sustainable, mixed-use redevelopment of several vacant parcels along Massachusetts Avenue across the street from the Gardner Field playground in West Acton Village. Phase I at 537 Mass Ave was completed in April 2011, with some minor work ongoing.

WAVE is the result of many conversations with village residents, business owners, community and cultural groups, Acton school and community education representatives, town boards and administrators, and elected officials. These discussions revealed a strong desire for environmentally responsible, community-based development that enriches Acton’s cultural landscape, preserves its heritage, and strengthens local business.
